Patrick is the Principal Advisor of 3 Screens Strategic Advisors, a digital consultancy he founded in 2009 to help MNCs and SMEs across B2B and B2C sectors develop holistic digital strategies. Often serving as an outsourced digital director, Patrick brings both high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution to solve business challenges.
He has worked across a wide range of industries—including airline, automobile, education, fashion, fast food, finance, FMCG, hospitality, property development, startups, technology, telecom, and toys—on digital and integrated assignments.
Patrick held senior agency roles including General Manager of Tribal DDB Hong Kong, Integrated Services Director at DraftFCB, Business Director at XM Hong Kong, and Senior Relationship Manager at Lemon (HK). He also co-founded the interactive agency HALFKILO. Earlier in his career, he was a software design engineer at Microsoft and a research analyst at the venture capital firm Lawrence & Co.
He is also the founder of Bonfire Media Limited, a Gold Education Partner of the Digital Marketing Institute, delivering corporate training in digital marketing and communications.
Patrick serves as a part-time Lecturer at Hong Kong Baptist University’s School of Communication, where he teaches Social Enterprise Marketing and Digital PR, and is a member of the university’s Communication Advisory Committee, providing industry insights to support academic development.
Born in Hong Kong and raised in Canada, Patrick holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and has been active in digital marketing since the early days of the Internet.

As managing director and founder of Hungry Digital Limited, Rudi began his advertising career as a copywriter then a creative director, at Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, Bates, and TBWA. Throughout his first twelve years of experience in adveritisng, he’s won and been shortlisted in numerous international & local creative awards including Cannes, Spikes, Ad Fest, EFFIES, and Hong Kong Kam Fan Awards. Over the last nine years, his career adventures include Yahoo!, Carat, AGENDA (WPP), Tribal DDB, and Social@Ogilvy as a digital & social media specialist.
Rudi’s previous positions included Partner of the social engagement agency Turn Plus, and General Manager of Social@Ogilvy and Tribal DDB. He also hosted the position as Digital Chairman & education exco of HK4As, exco member of HKAIM, Alumni Advisory Board member of HKUST MBA.
